When will my order be fulfilled?
We anticipate to fulfil and ship your order within 2-3 business days after order confirmation. Any orders placed after 11am AEST will be processed from the following day. For any urgent orders, please contact us at soyecandles@gmail.com.
Can I change my order after I placed it?
Yes, there is a possibility we may be able to organise this for you. Please contact soyecandles@gmail.com within 24hours after your order has been placed, and we can arrange the change in order.
My order arrived broken. What do I do?
Please contact us immediately within 3 business days of your delivery with photos to soyecandles@gmail.com, and we will look at replacing your item(s).
Do you accept wholesale orders?

Do you offer a trade discount?
