At Soye Candles, we take pride in the quality and care of every product we create. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to resolve any issues with your order quickly and fairly.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the damage or defect
We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Individual candles that have been used or opened
- Customized or personalized orders
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Refunds may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges

Bulk, Corporate & Wholesale Orders
